1. General Refund Policy
Thank you for subscribing to Claim My Job. Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is non-refundable, except as explicitly described below or as required by applicable law.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will retain access to your premium features until the current billing period expires.
- No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time in the billing period.
3. Exceptions
We may grant refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Failures: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the core features of the service and our support team cannot resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
- Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged due to a system error on our end.
4. Payment Processing (Razorpay)
All payments, including international transactions, are processed securely via Razorpay. If you qualify for a refund under our exceptions, the refund will be processed through Razorpay to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, subject to Razorpay's processing times and your bank's policies.
5. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exceptions, please contact our support team at support@saberic.com within 7 days of the charge. Please include your account email, payment details, and a clear explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
