1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Claim My Job ("the Service"), operated by Saberic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Claim My Job provides an AI-powered job application automation platform consisting of:

• A web dashboard for managing your professional profile, resume data, and subscription.
• A Chrome Extension that automates job application form filling on third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, Naukri, and others).
• AI-powered tools including an ATS Resume Score Checker, AI Resume Builder, and Job Preparation Interview Q&A generator.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Plans and Pricing

Claim My Job offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor, Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5.2 Billing and Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the renewal amount.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information in job applications.
• Use the Service to spam or harass employers or recruiters.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or subscription.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to collect data about other users without their consent.
• Circumvent any technical limitations or restrictions of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Saberic and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial job-seeking purposes.

You retain ownership of all personal data, resume content, and documents you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate resume content, ATS scores, and interview preparation materials. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
• AI-generated interview answers are suggestions and may not reflect your actual experience.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saberic, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights or terms of service; or (d) any content or data you submit through the Service.

11. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or changes to Service features.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The place of arbitration shall be India. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, by notifying you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
